Okay okay...I'll try not to talk about it that much in class, but this weekend was amazing. Short version of the story: I went to L.A. with Lauren and Sarah for the Pixar Day of the Screenwriting Expo. Through a combonation of luck and the kindness of Lauren and Sarah's friend, Mark Walton, we also got to meet James Baxter and have lunch with Andreas Deja, not to mention all the other extremely talented people I also got to chat with.
Still in shock.

BRILLIANT.
It's funny 'cause it's true. Spooky.
lol, that is hilarious, funny thing, we talked about doing a very similar illustration while you were gone ;)
I want a mikey hat too.
I would be drooling too if I were you XD...
HAHAHA
So glad you had a good time, too! And so kind of you to think I rate a mention in your blog! Wow! It may sound silly, but there's something about having someone else actually write something about you that makes me feel...real? Like I'm not just dreaming my existance and living in my head, I guess! Very funny illustration!! (and I have now seen you as a praying mantis - I gotta say, it was a pretty good likeness! On the face, I mean. ;))
P.s. I realised too late that I never looked at your storyboards while you were here! So sorry! Maybe you could e-mail them or something?
Thanks for the comments everyone.
Mark,
I'm glad that seeing your name on my blog has reassured you of your existence. I'll definitely send the storyboards your way. (As soon as Lauren gives me your e-mail address). THanks for taking the time to do that.
