This week's topic was stupid.

I've been a bit forgetful this week, so these were pretty much done on the bus on the way home Monday night....and then I forgot to post them.

THe girl is based on what I remember of a character from the movie "Idiocracy", although I can't remember her name in the movie. It's not Chastity. If you haven't heard of/seen this movie, I would rent it from your local video store. It's a Mike Judege movie (Office Space, Beavis and Butthead), and it's hilarious. It's about a average guy who gets frozen and ends up 500 years in the future. Humanity has kept getting stupider because the smart people weren't having kids.

THere are theories that its' marketing buget was cut (by 20th Century Fox) because of it's anti corporate message ( Starbuck's is selling handjobs, Carl's Jr Burger's slogan is "Fuck you, I'm eating!" ...which probably isn't the best product placement for those companies.) Regardless of the reason, there were no t.v spots, trailers or press kits.

I recommend this movie.

I figured the only thing that could make a zombie scarier is if it was also a beauty queen.

This is babayaga. I was thinking of Lauren for inspiration. I drew it in the taxi on the way home from school last night. And I'm sure you wouldn't have guessed, but I coloured it in about 5 minutes. I am so tired.
